Instructions

First you have to prepare the glass (a glass) with the crusta: rub the rim with the lemon wedge, then immerse it in sugar, so that remains covered by a white strip of about half a centimetre.

Keep the glass in the freezer for at least 10 minutes for the curdling crusta.

Shaken with ice all other ingredients and pour the mixture into the glass with the crusta.

Serve immediately.
