Instructions
In glass container 1 put oil, butter, herbs and garlic.
Salt and pepper the roast beef well degreased and well linked.
Place it in the container and allow to marinate at least 2 hours, time several times and avoiding puncture it.
Bake, add the white wine and cook for 15 minutes.

- 1 branch rosemary
- Little of olive oil

- 2 leaves of laurel
- 2 cloves of garlic
