Roast beef with lemon
Instructions
In a tall and narrow pan heat butter and olive oil, spread on a layer of onions cut into thin rings and one carrot slices.
Lie down on beef bound and fairies coloring.
When meat is well browned on all sides, add salt, add a couple of minutes and then washed with the broth.
When the liquid has evaporated, Cook for half an hour over medium heat pouring out every once in a little warm water.
At this point spread on meat a knob of butter mixed with chopped parsley, add lemon juice passed to the colander and finish cooking.
Serve the meat sliced slices foulard new with its vegetable sauce.
