Pumpkin dumplings
Instructions
Boil the pumpkin in the milk until you defeat.
Pass it through a sieve, let it dry on high heat, allow to cool, then add the egg yolks, flour, grain, salt, pepper and chopped herbs.
Derive from the mixture of dumplings, cooking them in boiling water for 4 minutes, then drain and toss with the sauce and fontina.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of diced pumpkin
- 50 cl of milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chopped basil
- Chopped parsley
- Tomato sauce
- Some scales of fontina cheese
