Dumplings and beans
Instructions
Boil the gnocchetti in salted water.
Fry the Diced Bacon in a pan, add chopped basil, parsley and onion, then add the tomatoes.
Let stand for a few minutes.
Add the boiled beans and bake again.
Drain the gnocchi, pour in a bowl and toss with the sauce and grated cheeses.

- 300 g of type pasta dumplings sardi
- 200 g of borlotti beans
- 200 g of bacon
- 1 onion
- 300 g of peeled tomatoes
- Grated pecorino cheese
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Parsley
- Basil
