Gnocchetti sardi tomatoes
Instructions
Chop onion, bacon and basil and fry them in 6 tablespoons oil.
When the onion is golden add the crushed tomatoes with a fork, whole garlic, salt and pepper.
Cook for about 40 minutes on low heat.
Boil the gnocchetti in salted water, drain and toss with the sauce and grated pecorino cheese.

- 450 g of type sardinian pasta dumplings
- 1000 g of peeled tomatoes
- 50 g of bacon
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- Basil
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 50 g of grated pecorino cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
