Instructions

Boil the potatoes, peel them and pass them to the potato masher.

Combine the flour and the egg and knead until you get a homogeneous mixture is not too hard.

Forming rolls (cylinders) thin and cut into small pieces (2 cm long).

One at a time passing them on the fork giving them the form of a curl.

Boil the gnocchi so obtained in salted water.

Season to taste, preferably with tomato sauce.
