Baked gnocchi
Instructions
Cook in boiling salted water potato gnocchi, place in buttered baking dish in layers alternating with butter flakes and chunks of cheese.
Sprinkle with Parmesan, pepper, place in oven at 220 degrees already warm for about 10 minutes and serve.

- 750 g of type potato gnocchi pasta
- 150 g of emmenthal cheese
- Butter
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
