Instructions
Put the puree in a bowl and add the flour, the eggs one at a time, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley, 1 Parmesan, salt and pepper.
Mix well the mixture then into balls.
Cook 10 minutes in boiling salted water and remove them with a skimmer.
Generously butter a baking dish, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and arrange the balls in layers covering each layer with melted butter and Parmesan.
Bake in hot oven for about 15 minutes.

- 500 g of not seasoned mashed potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 80 g of flour
- 100 g of butter
- 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
