Instructions

Boil the potatoes, Peel and mash with a potato masher.

Mix the flour, eggs, melted butter, parmesan, nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Reduce the mixture into balls.

Bring to a boil salted water and add the gnocchi.

When you drain them afloat with a skimmer and place it in a buttered baking dish.

Irrorarli with cream and cook in hot oven for about 15 minutes.
