Instructions
Chop the cheese.
Wash the Basil and blend with Marjoram, chives, walnuts and olive oil until you have a smooth sauce.
Stir in the cheese, salt and pepper.
Boil the gnocchi into 1 saucepan with salted water and remove them with a slotted spoon as they are afloat.
Transferring them into 1 large bowl.
Dilute the sauce with a little cooking water, pour gnocchi on gnocchi and mix gently, by serving them immediately.

- 1000 g of type pasta dumplings
- Basil
- Marjoram
- Chives
- 3 walnut kernels
- 50 g of asiago cheese
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
