Nettle gnocchi
Instructions
Pass the nettles.
Boil the milk, pour with rain the semolina and cook for 20 minutes, stirring.
Remove from heat, add the nettles, egg yolks and a knob of butter.
Spread the mixture on a marble floor and form an even layer of about 1 cm thick.
Cut into disks.
Crush cheese and dilute them with 5 tablespoons oil, add salt and pour over dumplings prepared in an ovenproof dish.
Grill for 6 minutes

- 100 g of semolina
- 50 cl of milk
- 400 g of boil nettles
- 5 goat cheese
- Little of butter
- 3 egg yolks
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
