Gnocchi with swiss chard
Instructions
Melt the butter with the onions, add the Swiss chard, cut into julienne, cream, salt and stir-fry with previously prepared gnocchi, boiling water with salt and oil, and adding the flour when boiling, after having separated from the fire.
Serve with a sprinkle of Parmesan.

- For the dough:
- 150 g of 00 flour
- 200 g of water
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- For the gravy:
- 1 walnut butter
- 200 g of swiss chard
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- 1/2 onion
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
