Gnocchi with Fontina Cheese (2)
Instructions
Grease a baking Tin with butter and turn on the oven to maximum.
Boil the gnocchi in boiling salted water and remove them with a skimmer as they are afloat.
Put them in the pan.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, then add the cream and cover with sliced fontina cheese.
Go in the oven until the fontina has melted and serve the gnocchi hot.

- 400 g of potato dumplings
- 120 g of fontina cheese, sliced
- 5 tablespoons of cream
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Butter
- Salt
