Delicious Dumplings (Gnocchi Deliziosi)
Instructions
Melt the butter in a saucepan with the gorgonzola cut into pieces and milk.
Add the tomato paste, salt, pepper and cook a few minutes stirring.
Cook the gnocchi al dente in boiling salted water, toss with prepared sauce and serve.

- 800 g of type potato gnocchi pasta
- 30 g of butter
- 100 g of gorgonzola cheese
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 1/2 cup of milk
- Salt
