Soak bread in milk for 2 hours, then wring it out, add salt and mix with egg, chopped sausage, grated cheese, chopped parsley and a little wheat flour.
With the dough doing dumplings the size of a walnut and throw them in boiling water.
Drain when emerge and toss with melted butter and cheese.
