Bread and cheese gnocchi with butter and sage
Instructions
Combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, milk and eggs; Add salt, pepper and mix doing dumplings 3-4 cm long and 2 wide.
Apart from preparing the broth and when bubbles pour gnocchi.
Drain and mix with grated Parmesan cheese, and drizzle with melted butter along with the pancetta and Sage.
