Roast turkey in gelatin
Instructions
Brown the meat in oil, add salt and bring it to cooking.
Soften the isinglass in cold water, then unbind in a pan with 50 cl of boiling water and two tablespoons of marsala.
Cut the roast into slices, place on a serving dish.
Peel the avocado, cut into thin slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Peel the melon and cut into slices.
Surrounded with fruit the Turkey; brush all over with the jelly and place in refrigerator several hours before serving.

- 800 g of turkey breast
- 1 avocado
- 1 lemon
- 1 meloncino
- 1 sheet of isinglass
- 2 tablespoons of marsala wine
- Olive oil
