Instructions

Boil the potatoes peeled, already passed in the mixer and add the flour, butter, parmesan cheese, eggs, pepper, a pinch of grated nutmeg and salt.

Prepare 1 pot of boiling salted water and enjoy the mixture to half tablespoons.

Let boil a few minutes, drain the gnocchi and put in buttered baking dish, 1 covered with cream.

Bake at medium heat for 15 minutes.
