Ricotta gnocchi (2)
Instructions
Pass the ricotta through a sieve and mix in the flour and 250 g of Parmesan.
Add egg yolks one at a time, add salt and pepper and season with a pinch of nutmeg.
Stir the mixture and form small dumplings.
Bring to a boil salted water and add the gnocchi, Cook for a few minutes and drain them with a skimmer.
Put them in a bowl and toss with melted butter and Parmesan.

- 250 g of ricotta
- 300 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 3 egg yolks
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- 1 == Pto Nutmeg
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
