Gnocchi in pink
Instructions
In a sauce of olive oil, garlic and chopped onion sauté the bell pepper and julienned chopped tomatoes.
Add salt, pepper and cook for 15 minutes.
Mix the mascarpone cheese with milk.
Boil the gnocchi, drain, toss with the mascarpone cheese, tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese.
