Unusual dumplings
Instructions
Boil the rice al dente, leave it to drain, incorporate 50 g of butter, grated nutmeg, eggs, abundant grain, 30 g of breadcrumbs and mix to obtain a smooth and homogeneous.
Let stand for 30 minutes.
Create, with the help of a dessert spoon, small dumplings.
Throw them in boiling salted water and drain them with a skimmer when afloat.
Toss with melted butter, Sage and Parmesan or with gravy.
