Instructions

In a pan put a tablespoon of olive oil, Saute 1 garlic clove cut in half, and a sprig of Rosemary.

Add 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce.

After 1 or 2 minutes to add a spoonful of cream.

Turn Off.

Meanwhile Cook the gobbetti, al dente, drain, turn the gas under the Pan, pour the dough, turn quickly in the sauce and serve.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
