Golden fizz
Instructions
Like all Golden fizz fizzes, served very cold.
Put the ice cubes in a shaker, add the egg yolk, lemon juice, powdered sugar, lemon juice and the gin.
Wrap the shaker in a napkin, strong and long shake and then strain into a tumbler.
Fill the glass with soda water and serve with straw.
Ingredients and dosing for 1 person
- 3 cubed of ice
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 2 teaspoons of icing sugar
- 2 teaspoons of grenadine
- 5 cl of gin
- To complete:
- Soda
