Mascarpone goodies
Instructions
Do fit well the yolks with sugar and add the mascarpone cheese.
Add the whipped cream and stir gently.
Arrange on bottom of 4 dessert cups the ladyfingers fragmented.
Put the mascarpone cream in cups and store in the fridge.
Chop the chocolate and melt it Bain-Marie together with coffee, stirring with a wooden spoon.
Pour the hot chocolate cream in cups with mascarpone cheese and serve.

- 2 egg yolks
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of mascarpone
- 5 tablespoons of whipped
- 4 biscuits savoiardi
- 50 G = = Chocolate
- 4 tablespoons of coffee
