Lamb goulash
Instructions
Dust the Lamb, sauté in oil then wet with wine.
When you combine colourful sliced onions, peppers cut into julienne, the chili and 1 small glass of vodka.
Add salt and pepper, sprinkle with paprika, add a cup of tomato sauce and cover with the broth.
Stir and cook over low heat for about 2 hours.

- 900 g of lamb chop
- 2 onions
- 3 green peppers
- 1/2 chili
- 1 cup of tomato sauce
- 1 dram of vodka
- White wine
- Abundant of paprika
- Broth
- Olive oil
- Flour
- Salt
- Pepper
