Instructions

Saute chopped onion, add the soy seasoned with salt, paprika, marjoram, chopped garlic.

As soon as it starts to sprinkle with flour then rosolarsi cover with the broth and simmer very slowly for about 2 hours.

Serve with potato dumplings typical of this dish.
