Spider crab with mayonnaise
Instructions
Bring to a boil salted water, peppered and seasoned with a little thyme and Marjoram.
When the water boils, take the granceole lives and boil in covered pot for 10 minutes.

Discarded greyish parts (stomach and intestines), collect the rest of the pulp and add mayonnaise, stirring carefully.
Wash some lettuce leaves, dry and the shell of the granceole foderatevi.
Fill with mayonnaise, garnish with shrimp.
