Crab with avocado
Instructions
Peel the avocado, cut into thin slices, sprinkle with lemon juice flavour for 10 minutes, in a pan with a knob of butter, salt, pepper and arrange on serving platter.
In the same Pan put the drained crab meat with private care from any remnants of cartilage.
Ammorbiditela with cream and flavored with a splash of salsa rubra and a few drops of tabasco.
Let thicken for a few minutes, and pour the mixture on the slices of avocado.

- 1 box of crab meat
- 100 G = = Cream
- 1 walnut butter
- Spray 1 of salsa rubra
- Few drops of tabasco
