Instructions
Having beaten the drugs in marble mortar, put them in a container with alcohol and let macerate for 12 days, waving his times per day.
Then prepare a syrup by dissolving a weak flame sugar in cold water and add to the alcoholic infusion.
Let it sit for a few days, filtered and bottled.
This classic liqueur was created by Benedictine monks of the Abbey of fècamp and is known traditionally as France liqueur.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of alcohol at 95 degrees
- 10 g of fresh lemon balm
- 5 g of fresh hyssop
- 3 g of fresh angelica root
- 1/2 g of cinnamon
- 1/2 g of mace
- 1/2 g of fennel seeds

- 1 clove
- 250 g of sugar
- 300 g of distilled water
