Coffee granita
Instructions
Prepare 60 cl of espresso ristretto, add 100 g of granulated sugar and 2 tablespoons rum, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
Leave to cool and then pour into a shallow container.
Go in the freezer until almost frozen and everything will crumble the mixture with a fork.
Put the mixture in the freezer and when frozen granita will retry the operation.
Serve in chilled bowls and garnish with whipped cream.
