Chianti and tangerine granita with kiwi
Instructions
Place in a saucepan the sugar, tangerine juice and lemon, bring to the boil, then remove from heat, let cool and add the wine.
Pour the mixture into a container with the bottom plate and let it freeze in the freezer by following the procedure used for the ' exotic ' Champagne Granita.
When serving Peel the Kiwis and cut them into thin slices.
Ponetene two on the bottom of eight glass cups, then fill them with crushed ice and decoratele with the remaining kiwi slices.

- 120 g of sugar
- 25 cl of mandarin juice
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 70 cl of chianti classico
- 5 kiwi
