Exotic champagne granita
Instructions
In a bowl mix the icing sugar and the lime juice, add Champagne and pour the mixture into a container with flat bottom, so put it in the freezer.
Granita solidifies faster along the edge of the container.
Can you consume before this part or mix it with liquid.
Stir granita repeatedly during the freezing phase.
When done, scrape granita with a spoon.
When serving, Peel the tamarilli, cut them into thin slices and two ponetene on the bottom of eight glass cups.
Spread the crushed ice in the cups, pour over the Orange sauce and decorated with sliced carambola and pomegranate grains.
Ingredients and dosing for 8 persons
- 70 == G icing sugar
- == 1 Lime (juice)
- 70 cl of dry champagne wine
- 2 carambola
- 2 tamarilli
- 8 teaspoons of pomegranate grains
- 8 tablespoons of orange sauce (see recipe)
