Grappa with sage
Instructions
Let macerate Sage with 25 cl of grappa in an airtight vessel, stirring occasionally for about twenty days.
Filtered for good and joined the rest of the alcohol in which you have dissolved the honey in a Bain-Marie.
Bottled by closing with sealing wax and wait three months before consuming.
Take this delight outside meals.

- 100 cl of dry grappa
- Few sprigs of fresh sage
- 6 tablespoons of honey
