Grappa di birch
Instructions
Birch leaves macerated in brandy 25 cl for about twenty days.
Shake occasionally and filtered period has passed.
Melt the honey in a small saucepan grappa by placing it inside that scalderete patiently in a Bain-Marie.
At this point, add them to the filtrate.
Shake well all and liquor and ready to be eaten fresh especially daily away from meals.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of grappa
- 1 handful of birch fresh leaves
- 20 g of sugar
- 50 g of honey
