Grappa of eucalyptus
Instructions
Let macerate the eucalyptus in 25 cl grappa in a hermetically sealed pot for 30 days, stirring occasionally.
Filtered period has passed and prepared apart from the usual solution of honey and grappa heating it slowly in a Bain-Marie.
Add to the filtrate and consumed the liquor cool in the dose of a short one hour after meals.
The consummation will be done after having held for a month in a cool place.

- 100 cl of dry grappa
- 1 handful of eucalyptus leaves
- 40 g of honey
