Grappa di melissa
Instructions
In a glass bowl place to soak for 20 days the melissa in 25 cl grappa.
Spent the time you add the rest of the grappa in you honey dissolved in a water bath.
Leave it to infuse for a couple of days then bottled (melissa can also remain in the bottle as decoration) and take a shot before going to bed.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of grappa
- Few sprigs of fresh lemon balm
- 1 g of cinnamon
- 5 tablespoons of honey
