Let the tormentilla in grappa for at least 4 weeks.
The bottle should be tightly closed and finally stirred.
Expected period has passed, the fluid must be filtered.
The spirit will have a bitter flavor and concentrate.
And so, to make it sweeter, add a couple of teaspoons of sugar.
Bottled the liquor and let it stand for two months before you taste it.
