Almond gratin
Instructions
Peel citrus fruit shapes and slice them, collecting the juice in a bowl.
Put the slices in four pans from the oven, sprinkle the surface with honey, raisins softened and squeezed, grated lemon peel, citrus juice, almonds.
Complete with butter flakes and Brown to the grill for 5 minutes.
Puree the raspberries with the liquor and sugar, add the mint leaves and heat over low heat.
Serve with fruit sauce au gratin.

- 1 pink grapefruit
- 2 mandarins

- 20 g of sugar
- Some leaves of mint
- 1 tablespoon of raspberry liqueur
