Remove the hard part of the foot of broccoli, broccoli, cut into pieces, dividing it according to the bouquets of the head and I boil them for a few minutes (must be a little crunchy).
I put them in a pan, cover them in béchamel, cospargo the top of grated cheese and usually put for about twenty minutes in hot oven.
I serve the gratin with hard-boiled eggs and a nice bread.
