Gratin of onions
Instructions
Slice the onions thinly and not too Brown in half the amount of butter.
Season with salt and pepper.
Peel apples and slice them.
Remove onions from pan and pour in the chopped apples and Sage and cook for about 15 minutes.
Grease a baking pan, add apples and onions and cover with butter pieces.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

- 600 g of onions
- 600 g of apples renette
- 70 g of butter
- Sage
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Pepper
