Pear gratin
Instructions
Wash, Peel the pears and deprive them of the core.
Cut them into thin slices.
In a buttered round baking dish arrange the pears, honey, sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar and amaretti.
Put some butter.
Alternate layers until exhaustion ingredients.
Pass in a hot oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Serve the cake warm.

- 600 g of pere
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- 150 g of amaretti biscuits
- 40 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- Cinnamon powder
