Shrimp and egg gratin
Instructions
Make the sauce by mixing the flour with the mustard and milk with the cream.
When ready add the cheese and the parsley.
Arrange in layers in a buttered baking dish, shrimp and sliced eggs.
Pour over the sauce, sprinkle with cheese, breadcrumbs and butter flakes.
Grill.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 12 hardboiled eggs
- 300 g of boiled shrimp
- 75 g of grated cheese
- 4 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- Butter
- For the bechamel:
- 50 g of butter
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 tablespoon of mustard powder
- Salt
- 25 cl of milk
- 10 cl of cream
