Vegetable gratin
Instructions
Anoint with oil a baking sheet of 22 x 32 cm.
With half of Zucchini, make a first layer on the bottom.
Cover with half of the tomatoes.
Sprinkle with half the garlic and fresh herbs, salt and pepper.
Pour a little of wire.
Repeat with the other half of the ingredients.
Cover with grated cheese.
Put in the oven, preheated to about 180 degrees, for 1 hour.
Serve hot or at room temperature.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 6 cl of olive oil extra virgin
- 6 -sized courgettes in thin slices
- 6 chopped tomato
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 60 g of chopped basil leaves (or chopped parsley leaves)
- 125 g of parmigiano-reggiano
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
