Gratin of zucchini and meat
Instructions
Wash the zucchini, privatel the ends and cut into cubes.
Peel the onions and cut them into thin slices.
You heat the oil in a large skillet and Brown the onions, stirring with a spatula.
When the onions are browned, add the meat and FRY for three minutes, pressing with a fork.
Sprinkle with sugar, add the zucchini, mint, salt and pepper.
stir, cover and let simmer gently until the liquid in the Pan remains (approximately 30 minutes).
Stir every now and then.
Let cool.
Heat oven to 140 degrees (4 thermostat).
Grease a large baking dish, sprinkle with 3 tablespoons bread crumbs.
Break the eggs into a bowl and beat them lightly with a fork.
Add salt, pepper, pour into the Pan and stir.
Fill the baking dish with the preparation of Zucchini and eggs, either gently spoon.
Sprinkle the surface with the remaining breadcrumbs.
Bake and cook for 15 minutes, until the gratin is golden and the eggs have curdled.
Serve in baking dish.

- 1000 g of small zucchini
- 500 g of chopped beef
- 10 eggs
- 2 large onions
- 60 g of breadcrumbs
- 20 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of dried mint
- Salt
- Pepper
