Gourmet veal roast
Instructions
Make holes in the meat and stuff them with pistachios and bits of bacon; tie the meat well and put it in a saucepan with the butter and onions.
Brown floor and add salt, wetting it occasionally with the white wine.
Over baking sliced the meat slices and cover with the sauce.

- 1000 g of veal walnut
- 1 glass white wine
- 15 scallions
- 60 g of butter
- Pistachios
- 50 g of bacon (sliced from 50 g)
