Goulash with sauerkraut
Instructions
Put in pot 500 g pork meat cut into cubes, chopped 3 onions, crushed garlic clove, a teaspoon of cumin seeds and fennel seeds.
Cover flush with cold water, put on the fire and bring to a boil.
Lower the flame and cook gently for 40 minutes.
Add 350 g of sauerkraut, salt and seasoning with paprika semipiccante.
Bake sweet flame for another 40 minutes.
Add a glass of fresh cream, stir and serve.

- 1 glass of creme fraiche
