Burgers to goats
Instructions
Mix the ground beef with the goats.
Soak the slices of bread in milk, squeeze the dough together.
Add the Parmesan, egg and salt.
Mix well the dough and give it the form of small hamburgers.
Pass them in the breadcrumbs and arrange in a buttered baking dish.
Irrorarli of melted butter and cook in a hot oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

- 250 g of chopped beef
- 2 fresh goat cheese
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs
- Milk
- Grated parmesan cheese
