Chop the herbs and cut the butter into thin slices.
Put the meat, oil, squeeze on the already heated.
Once ready, place it in a pot, add salt and olive oil before pouring.
At the center of each burger put the mustard and sprinkle with the chopped herbs and butter.
Garnish with lemon slices and parsley leaves.
