Roast in pink
Instructions
Brown the meat in butter, Add onion, carrot, celery, parsley, Sage and chopped ham.
After a few minutes, sprinkle with vinegar and let evaporate.
Join the wire nut and cover with milk.
Cook over low heat for about 1 hour and a half.
When cooked remove carrot, celery, onion and parsley and pass them through a sieve.
Put them back in the pot.
Let cool, cut the meat into slices and serve with the gravy.
